San Francisco, CAPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process wasn’t especially long: I started with a phone screen, then I spoke with the hiring manager by call, and then I went onsite for three hours.

The onsite consisted of four rounds with different interviewers, each lasting about 45 minutes.

Because the structure was compact but covered multiple people, it felt like they were trying to quickly pressure-test both fit and ability across a few different perspectives.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even so, I remember the format as intense but straightforward—more about sustained evaluation over a short block than about long, drawn-out uncertainty.
