My interview experience was pretty smooth and fairly quick.

After some introductory context about the company, I moved into a technical conversation that lasted about 45 minutes. The interviewer was easy to talk to, and I was able to answer everything they asked.

The technical portion focused on SQL, Power BI, and data warehouse (DWH) concepts. It didn’t feel like a surprise gauntlet; it felt structured and conversational, starting broad and then going into the specifics.

I didn’t end up getting selected, but the process itself didn’t feel adversarial. I left the call feeling like I’d done what was asked, even though the decision didn’t go my way.
