The process felt organized and well-run from the start.

After a recruiter touchpoint, I did one technical screening on LeetCode-style problems in a 60-minute session with a medium-to-hard question. It was clearly designed to test whether I could actually work a harder problem under time pressure.

A short step later, I went into a final round consisting of three interviews. One was system design, another was another medium/hard coding problem in the same style, and the third leaned into behavioral and hiring-manager type questions. The overall vibe was attentive and procedural—there wasn’t the chaos or randomness that can sometimes happen.
