After an HR interview, I went into a live coding round that lasted about an hour.

From there, the process expanded into four more interviews, each also lasting about an hour.

Two of those were coding interviews, and the other two focused on soft skills and system architecture. The whole day felt structured around breadth—coding ability plus how I communicated, and then a deeper look at systems thinking. I didn’t get selected for the role, but the loop itself felt designed to cover a lot of ground in a consistent way.
