The process felt very well structured and, importantly, fast.

They moved quickly to schedule things and gave feedback promptly after the stages.

What I liked most was that the questions were tied to Pinterest rather than being generic prompts. That made the interview feel more grounded in the company context. Even with that strong structure and responsiveness, I didn’t receive an offer, but the speed and the relevance of the questions stood out as the best parts of the experience.
