I had multiple recruiters and head hunters reach out to me for the same role, and I decided to keep going.

I ended up talking to multiple people across the process, but the end-to-end timeline dragged on.

The biggest problem was that the process took too long, and I never got a clear answer back. Even after speaking with several contacts, I was still waiting and left in limbo. The company itself seemed to have a positive presence in the market, so it was frustrating to feel like their recruiting workflow was cumbersome.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the final impression was doubt. The market signal seemed strong, but the internal process felt slower and more tangled than it needed to be.
