Denver, COPosted Oct 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through email exchanges, Zoom calls, and phone interviews—no in-person meetings.

The company felt professional and the recruiting department seemed decent, but the automated system made it hard to get through at the beginning.

Once I was past the friction, the interactions were more straightforward than I expected, and the overall pace depended heavily on how well the process mechanics worked. It wasn’t described as a deeply technical or high-stakes set of tasks in my experience, but the time lost to the setup stood out.

By the end, I had a mixed impression: solid professionalism on the people side, but a recruiting workflow that created unnecessary friction early on.
