Phonepe QA Automation Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

BengaluruPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a very short interview experience that still ended up feeling awful.

They asked me two questions, and I wrote running code to show my work. I expected feedback afterward, but years passed and I still didn’t get any response.

The lack of communication completely colored how I thought about the process. I didn’t receive an offer, and I ended up feeling strongly negative about the HR handling and the company’s follow-through, especially given how long it took to get absolutely nothing.
