I went through a four-round loop that felt pretty seamless: coding/DSA, then a framework design round, followed by a functional round, and finally a managerial conversation.

Each round built on the previous one and kept the focus on different dimensions of the job.

After the last round, I waited for feedback and it came back in the usual window—about two to three weeks. I didn’t feel like I was left in the dark for too long, and the whole experience, from scheduling through the final step, came across as organized. Even though it was still an evaluation process, it didn’t feel chaotic or drawn out.
