My process for PhonePe was compact and manager-led.

I had two rounds with managers—a cluster manager and a regional manager—where the questions were largely tied to my CV and my previous work experience. Each of those discussions was short, around 10–15 minutes.

After the manager rounds, I had an HR confirmation step that included salary negotiation, with a prompt that the negotiation mattered if I could do it. The entire difficulty felt easy to me, and the format was straightforward. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the scheduling and flow itself felt smooth and simple.
