Phonepe Account Executive interview experience

It still felt tough to me, mostly because the interviews were compressed into just two rounds, so there wasn’t a lot of room to settle in.

In both conversations, the focus came across as assessing whether I could handle the role under pressure. The overall vibe was that the company was strong and the culture fit was considered, even though the experience itself felt demanding. I left feeling like the bar was real for the position, but the structure was straightforward.
