I kicked things off with Mettl online assessments: two tests, one general aptitude and one sales aptitude.

After finishing those, I moved into a personal interview the next week. The setup felt like it had a real screening-to-interview rhythm rather than everything happening immediately.

The personal interview itself had a panel of three interviewers, and it was face-to-face, split into three rounds. The difficulty landed as average for me, and even though I went through the full format, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, the panel-based, multi-round structure made the process feel deliberate.
