Phonepe Account Executive interview experience

Negative

IndiaPosted Oct 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview experience started off with confusion about the steps, and it quickly soured because of how HR handled things.

I experienced a delay of about 30 minutes before the interview even began, and when it did start, the interviewer came across as aggressive with little real back-and-forth.

The focus felt off to me—they kept pressing on why I wanted to join PhonePe instead of engaging with my skills and qualifications. The interaction felt plain and dull rather than substantive. Even though the recorded difficulty was average for me, the overall experience felt negative, and I didn’t get an offer.
