I had an online interview that, on its own, felt fine while it was happening.

The conversation went normally, but after that the interviewer effectively disappeared. I reached back out a few times, and there was no response.

What made it hard was that it wasn’t just delayed feedback—it was clear I wasn’t getting any closure. I kept waiting for some signal that they’d move forward or that the process had ended, but it never came, and that lack of communication stayed with me.
