My interview process was simple and to the point, with a tone that felt honest rather than intimidating.

I met with the team inside the office, and it didn’t feel overly formal. They came across as genuinely interested in learning about me, not trying to trip me up or perform for the sake of procedure.

We focused heavily on conversation and my perspective, and I got the sense they were trying to understand how I think as a designer and how I would fit into the team’s day-to-day. Overall it felt like a relaxed meeting with a nice group.
