I started with an initial interview meant to get to know me, and then the process moved into an assignment where I had to prepare and present something.

After that, there were additional interviews planned. The part that ended things for me was that I didn’t make it past the first interview stage, so I never got to experience the full flow beyond that early cutoff.

From my perspective, it didn’t feel personal—it felt like they were interviewing a lot of people, and I wasn’t one they moved forward. The overall experience left me feeling like there was a lot of competition for even the first step, and I didn’t get the chance to show more of how I would perform.
