I had a process that felt messy late in the game.

I was carried through interviews for a while, and when I expected clarity, the communication became inconsistent.

In the end, they sent an offer and then pulled it back shortly after, moving forward with someone else. It was especially frustrating because the process had already been positioned as thorough and serious, and then the final handoff felt careless. Even the follow-up after my own check-ins didn’t provide any stable timeline or meaningful closure, which made the overall experience feel unprofessional and unsettling.
