After I made it through an initial HR screening, my process got in-depth and then started to feel chaotic around communication.

I had calls with a HR screener and then moved into manager and peer-level conversations, including a VP of Sales discussion. The interviews themselves weren’t the main issue—I was disappointed by how the rest of the process unfolded.

I spent significant time putting together a slide deck, and then I waited nearly two weeks to hear back. Even after that effort, the follow-ups didn’t feel consistent, and it left me with the sense that the team wasn’t organized around status updates. On top of the delays, there was also a period where I felt strung along across multiple weeks.
