My interviews were pretty in-depth, and I could tell they were trying to fully vet me rather than rush through.

After an HR screening, I moved into an interview with the manager, then I delivered a presentation to the manager with another potential coworker. The process wrapped up with a conversation with the VP of Sales.

What disappointed me wasn’t the interviews themselves—it was the lack of communication after the work I put in. I waited nearly two weeks to hear back after preparing a slide deck that took real effort. Even though the structure was thorough and I never felt totally lost about what each stage was, the silence afterward made the whole experience feel less respectful of my time.
