Blacksburg, VAPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview started on campus with an info session, then moved into HR and technical conversations.

The format was very time-boxed: I had a 15-minute HR portion followed by a 15-minute technical follow-up.

After that, there was a check-in call with HR where the next step was essentially discussed, including the path toward an offer. Even though the technical segment was short, the structure made it feel organized.

Overall, it felt like a typical on-campus pipeline that moved from introduction to quick evaluation to HR alignment. It didn’t feel chaotic; it felt like they were running a tight schedule.
