Peraton Software Engineer interview experience

The process felt well organized from start to finish, and the questions I got were relevant to the kind of work the role involved. Every person I spoke with came across as professional and friendly.

I didn’t feel like I was being grilled. Instead, it was more like a structured conversation where my background was the anchor for the questions.

By the time it ended, I felt confident about the quality of the interaction and the alignment between what they asked and what the job actually seemed to require. It left me with a very upbeat impression of the team and their process.
