I interviewed for a Software Engineer role where communication and analytical skills mattered early, followed by a later discussion about the company’s benefits and terms.

Communication/analytical round — I was assessed on communication and analytical skills.
Delayed follow-up — There was a time gap before they shared results and moved me to the next discussion.
Benefits/terms discussion — I had a further round to understand what the company would provide, then I agreed to terms and conditions. Outcome: I ended up joining, and the takeaway was that training and real-time project exposure followed quickly after onboarding.
