I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an HR-to-technical-to-manager flow that felt average difficulty.

Resume shortlisting + HR round — I first had HR screen my background and communication.
Technical rounds — I covered manual testing, automation basics, and problem-solving.
Managerial round — I discussed teamwork and leadership.
Final HR discussion — The last step involved salary/role discussion and final confirmation. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the role blended technical testing knowledge with communication and leadership fit.
