I went through an online, mostly algorithm-focused process for the Software Engineer role, with a relaxed pace and an overall average difficulty across the rounds.

Recruiter/phone screen — about 30 minutes of mostly algorithm-style questions, with enough time to think and answer.
Technical interviews (online) — two technical rounds with coding and behavioral components; there was no client interview.
Background check — completed after the technical rounds. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the experience felt manageable because the interviewer(s) were easygoing and gave time to work through the questions.
