Paycom Account Executive interview experience

I had a recruiter conversation first, then I met with the hiring manager, followed by a regional VP interview. The last step was an onsite presentation and cold-calling session at the office, which made the day feel very sales-focused.

I didn’t have a long back-and-forth process to manage—just those main steps moving forward. The experience was straightforward in structure and didn’t drag, and by the time I got to the onsite part I understood what they were looking for. I ultimately didn’t receive an offer, but the path itself felt clear and to the point from round to round.
