San Francisco, CAPosted Mar 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a phone call that felt informal, but the scheduling and communication immediately soured the experience.

The person interviewing me missed my appointment, and after that she didn’t respond to my emails for several days, saying she was away even though the calendar still looked open.

That disconnect made the process feel rushed and uncared for, and it undermined whatever would’ve been a normal screening conversation. I never felt like I got a fair shot at moving forward—what stuck with me most was how little attention was paid to follow-through. The end result was that I didn’t move on, and the overall impression was more about neglect than about the role itself.
