Paycom Account Executive interview experience

I was dealing with repeated changes to the on-site timing that stretched across three weeks, and I decided to respectfully decline rather than keep waiting. When I did speak with the recruiter, I also felt like she didn’t have deep details about the role and was essentially reading from generic material.

In the end, I removed myself from the opportunity and didn’t proceed far enough to reach a final decision. The main thing I walked away with was that the lack of clarity and reliability early on made the whole opportunity feel risky.
