Paycom Account Executive interview experience

No offer

Medium

Negative

Baltimore, MDPosted Oct 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through the full sequence and passed every stage, but I still wasn’t offered a position.

What was most unsettling was the way the outcome felt disconnected from the process—like it didn’t matter what I did in the interviews. The experience also included concerns about a lack of diversity and how people were being selected.

By the end, it left me feeling that the interview itself was pointless. I didn’t just leave without an offer; I left questioning what the interviews were actually measuring, because the result made it seem like the decision had been made elsewhere long before the final step.
