Pasadena, CAPosted Jun 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out to me first, and after that initial conversation I was told I’d move into interviews with the sales leadership.

My path felt fairly smooth overall: I met with the recruiter, then I had an onsite interview with the sales manager. The day itself didn’t feel chaotic, and I left feeling like I’d represented myself well.

The part that lingered was the timing. It took about a week for them to circle back with a decision, and when I finally heard back I wasn’t selected to go further. Looking back, I mostly remember the wait more than the interview content—everything seemed polite in the moment, but the follow-up delay made the process feel a bit unresolved.
