My interview leaned heavily toward personality and was run by several supervisors for different divisions of the company.

They were easygoing and genuinely interested in personal achievements, so it didn’t feel like the conversation was trying to force technical answers.

The whole session lasted about 45 minutes over Zoom, and the tone stayed relaxed. That style made it easier to participate because it felt more like a discussion of my experiences rather than a test.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the difficulty was average and the experience itself felt comfortable. The fact that the supervisors seemed to care about my story was the most memorable part.
