My first step was a behavioral-focused conversation with a recruiter, and then I moved through a set of rounds that blended behavior and technical work.

The technical portions varied a bit—coding, learning, and some decomposition/debugging style evaluation—and that mixture made each stage feel like a slightly different lens on the same underlying skills.

The overall experience landed as average difficulty, and I genuinely enjoyed the flow. Even when the questions changed from round to round, it felt like they kept coming back to how I reasoned and whether I could make progress through ambiguity, not just recite solutions. The process also felt fairly structured, with each interview having a clear purpose.

At the end, I didn’t get an offer.
