I applied with a referral and the process moved through a recruiter screen, then a decomposition round before I reached an onsite loop with three interviews.

Those on-site sessions leaned on coding, learning, and decomposition, and the whole flow felt intentionally connected—like every round was checking whether I could reason through problems in a forward-deployed way.

After the onsite, I went to a hiring manager round for the final decision. I didn’t make it past that last step, and it took about five weeks for them to circle back with the update that I wasn’t selected. Waiting that long for a clear close-out was honestly the hardest part of the experience, especially after getting through so many rounds.
