I started with a recruiter conversation that focused mostly on my background and what motivated me to apply.

After that, the first technical step was a programming challenge where I could choose the language, but it was very much in the spirit of a LeetCode-style question.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and overall the experience felt like it moved in a straightforward sequence: recruiter first, then a coding problem right away. What stood out to me was how early they jumped into hands-on problem solving, even though the recruiter round was more about framing my interest and experience.
