My first round was a telephonic interview with someone from HR.

The whole thing centered on behavioral and situational questions, and I remember them typing my answers as I spoke. At the end, they told me those responses would be forwarded to the appropriate manager for a decision.

It felt easy on the difficulty scale because it wasn’t about solving anything technical; it was about how I handled situations and how I spoke about my experiences. I moved through the process and still didn’t receive an offer.
