I went through several rounds that involved managers and peers, and the process ended up feeling streamlined even though it still took effort.

There were on-site meetings along with a presentation, which helped it feel grounded in both how I communicated and what I could contribute.

The presentation and the variety of interviews gave me a good sense of the company and the people I’d likely work with. Even though it was difficult overall, it felt like the day was trying to evaluate more than just technical ability.

I didn’t get an offer, but I left feeling like I understood more about where the company was headed and how the team operated.
