I didn’t have an online assessment, and I went straight into a virtual interview on Google Meet.

The interview started with coding questions and then a self-introduction.

They used a shared coding setup where they expected the code to be runnable. I used CodePad, and the interviewer took it seriously enough that I felt like getting the implementation right mattered, not just writing something plausible. We ran out of time before I could ask any questions at the end.

I didn’t get an offer, and the scheduling of time felt a little tight—between coding and the intro, there wasn’t much room to fully round out the conversation.
