The process felt pretty standard in procedure, with technical tests that pushed me to prep for front-end and back-end fundamentals as well as system design.

What stood out most was the tone: the interviewers and recruiters were really nice and supportive.

I also noticed that the questioning didn’t feel like a “grind leetcode and repeat” situation. The questions came across as more practical, and that helped me engage without feeling like I was only being evaluated on memorized patterns.

Even with that more supportive style, I didn’t receive an offer. My main takeaway was that the bar was technical, but the experience itself was more humane than I’d expected.
