I applied online and shortly after I got a recruiter call.

We reviewed my background and skill set, and then they scheduled a phone screen. The final step, if the phone screen went well, was a virtual onsite.

The way the process was described to me was straightforward: recruiter call, then technical screening, then full onsite. I didn’t get an offer, but I appreciated that the stages were laid out clearly.

Still, it ended before I could reach the virtual onsite.
