My process included behavioral questions plus a written assessment and a mock sales pitch where I had to convince them to hire a person.

The behavioral questions were pretty standard—how/what/why style—and they were grounded in job-related scenarios and case management.

Even though it wasn’t only technical, it felt like they were evaluating communication and how I reasoned through situations, not just coding ability.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the interview structure was consistent with the kind of work they seemed to be thinking about beyond pure engineering.
