OpenAI Product Manager interview experience

• Recruiter screen (phone) — The recruiter focused on getting me in motion but was opaque about the role and compensation.
• Phone interviews (2 rounds) — Two separate calls aimed at product sense and execution skills.

Outcome: No offer; the structure was clear and the topics were consistent, but the lack of transparency about the role and pay set a tone of uncertainty.
