I applied for an OpenAI Product Manager role and ran through an early product-sense focused screen sequence that felt straightforward but lacked communication.

Recruiter call — An initial phone conversation, followed by handoff into a screen panel.
Product sense + analytics panel — A panel interview assessing product thinking and analytics/measurement.

Outcome: I didn't progress further; the interviews felt manageable, but the recruiters were unresponsive and I never received meaningful feedback—my impression was that internal process changes may have affected the outcome.
