I went through a fairly standard screen-to-multi-case journey, starting with HR and moving into several interviews that included panel-style fit.

HR screen (experience + motivation) — an initial 30-minute conversation about my background and interest in consulting.
Case rounds (multiple one-on-ones) — four to five separate case interviews depending on the office; in one version, cases were backed up by a longer in-person sequence.
In-person final (panel fit + additional cases) — an hour-long panel personality/fit interview alongside multiple case interviews. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was to be ready for repeated case reps after the HR stage, not just a single assessment.
