I went through a fairly standard Oliver Wyman consulting loop over several rounds, combining fit and case work with moderate difficulty and outcomes that depended heavily on execution.

Initial/HR screen — I discussed my background and what I knew about consulting, and I could ask about the program.
Case round — I solved a mix of consulting-style cases (including market sizing) with interviewer guidance varying by person.
Onsite / partner rounds — I did multiple case interviews plus behavioral/fit, often with partners and engagement managers; cases became a bit tougher as I progressed.
Behavioral + case mix — In later interviews I was asked to tell structured “tell me about a time” stories alongside additional case problem-solving.
