I had a smoother, candidate-led consultation-style interview experience with friendly interviewers, but one case still challenged me in a very nonstandard way.

Back-to-back interviews (case + behavioral) — paired sessions with a simple brainstorming-style case and a behavioral conversation.
Final / second round (similar structure) — more case work in the same general format, with interviewers staying supportive and giving space to ask questions.
Partner case variation (intensive and jumpy) — in one case with a partner, we didn’t follow the classic opening-framework-analysis-conclusion flow; instead we moved between different parts quickly, including brief client brainstorming and math questions. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway
