I interviewed through a structured sequence that moved from behavioral and market sizing into a higher-visibility partner presentation, which felt like a pressure test.

Behavioral + market sizing early — I had rounds covering my background/fit and market sizing, both with more junior-level interviewers.
Partner presentation case (final) — I was asked to deliver a longer partner-style presentation case; I felt it was intentionally less supportive and stressful.
Tone and evaluation — interviewers were generally friendly except for the partner component, which limited how much they guided. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was to practice presenting your thinking clearly even when the support drops.
