I went through a difficult-but-standard consultant-style workflow combining structured case rounds with fit questions, including situational examples.

HR screen — background, motivation, and basic qualifications with behavioral prompts to assess culture fit.
Multiple case rounds — I analyzed business strategy problems expected to show structure, data evaluation, and communication.
Fit questions with STAR — I was asked for concrete examples using STAR to demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and I learned they want both rigorous case structure and credible behavioral storytelling.
