I interviewed for Oliver Wyman Consultant and had an extremely unpleasant final-round experience, including repeated questioning about my English.

First round (two case studies) — Initial case studies.
Final round (case study with difficult partner dynamic) — I was paired with a partner who repeatedly challenged my English skills and insisted I speak “proper English,” despite there being no actual communication issue. Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway was to be mindful of interview inclusion and professionalism—fairness matters as much as performance.
