I went through a very difficult early testing path for the Consultant role that didn’t feel very candidate-centered.

Online quantitative test (GMAT-style math) — I completed a timed maths test and found it hard to understand how my reasoning would be evaluated.
First-round interview — I had an interview where it felt like the focus was on checking boxes rather than engaging with my thinking, and I didn’t receive helpful feedback. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the main lesson was that the process felt opaque and heavily outcome-driven rather than coaching-based.
