I interviewed through a well-organized, streamlined process with clear coordination and friendly interactions.

Coordinated pre-interview process — I received a transparent and fast process, with scheduling that accounted for my availability.
Streamlined interviews leading to headquarters — another similarly positive journey involved a coordinated process and a final-round invitation to the headquarters.
Time and organization mattered — across both, the emphasis was on smooth logistics rather than surprise formats. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that even in a smooth process, you still need to land the final case/fit evaluation.
