Okta Software Engineer interview experience

CanadaCandidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a recruiter call for a senior software engineer position in Canada, and it moved quickly into scheduling the next steps.

Within the conversation, they arranged a hiring manager interview for a couple of weeks later.

The process at that point was pretty light on details—more about getting me onto the calendar and confirming I was moving forward. I mostly felt like things were in motion after the recruiter screen, and I was waiting for that hiring manager conversation to happen so the process could really start revealing what they expected technically and day-to-day.
